Memberships
If you're not in love within 14 days of your first paid charge, write to us at support@luxeescape.me for a full refund — no questions asked. Renewals can be canceled anytime; we don't issue refunds on partial months.
Concierge bookings
Hotel, villa and experience refunds follow the partner's policy, surfaced at checkout. Service fees are refundable up to 48 hours before your booking.
Luxe Wallet refunds
Approved wallet-related refunds are returned to your Luxe Wallet unless your payment processor requires the refund to go back to the original card. Wallet credit is typically available within minutes; card refunds take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Top-ups paid by card may be refunded to that card — your wallet is debited first; we do not allow a wallet balance to go negative.
- Concierge invoices paid by wallet are refunded to your wallet.
- Concierge invoices paid by card are refunded to that card.
Trip splits
Trip-split contributions are member-to-member transfers within the Luxe Wallet, not Stripe charges. Refunds for splits are returned to the contributing member's wallet only and do not generate a card refund. If the original split was paid directly by card, the original card is refunded instead.

- Open a ticket from Help & Support → Refunds.

- Refunds land in 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
