1. Welcome to the Club
Luxe Escape Club ("Luxe," "we," "us") is a luxury travel and lifestyle platform built for women planning, saving for, and experiencing elevated escapes. By creating an account, downloading our app, or using any of our services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep your profile current.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
- VIP memberships are billed monthly or annually as displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your account settings before the next billing date.
- Free trials convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before they end.
- Pricing, perks and partner offers may change with reasonable notice.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Memberships are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. For booking-related refunds, our concierge team will work with you and the relevant supplier in good faith. Tax is calculated and collected where applicable.
5. Acceptable Use
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
- No spam, scams, MLMs, or financial fraud — including fake luxury "drops."
- No impersonation, scraping, or misuse of the AI concierge.
- No explicit, illegal, or commercial content without our written approval.
6. AI Concierge Disclaimer
The Luxe AI Concierge offers itinerary suggestions, budget guidance and inspiration. Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Always confirm prices, visa rules, opening hours and safety information directly with providers and authorities. We are not your travel agent of record.
7. Travel Bookings
Some experiences are operated by third-party suppliers. Their terms, cancellation rules and conduct govern those bookings. Luxe is not responsible for delays, cancellations or losses caused by suppliers, and we do not act as an airline, hotel or insurer.
8. Intellectual Property
The Luxe brand, logo, design system, written content, photography and AI prompts are owned by Luxe Escape Club. You may not copy, scrape, or rebrand our content. Posts you share remain yours; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display them within the Platform.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may pause or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses staff, defrauds suppliers, or harms the community. You may close your account at any time from your profile.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Escape Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll let you know via the app or email when something material changes. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
